About Us

Who We Are

Selecting the right attorney is important and often must be done when you’re at a stressful point in your life. We have decades of experience helping people like you get the legal representation they need and the justice they deserve. We do not charge for initial consultations and we only take a fee if you receive a settlement or jury verdict in your favor. Our fee is then based upon a percentage of your recovery. Karen Kingsley practices in the areas of medical malpractice, personal injury (including automobile accidents), wrongful death and alternative dispute resolution. Karen handles each of her cases personally so you are not passed off to an associate or paralegal. Karen will give you an honest opinion about the strength of your claim and what pursuing that claim would involve.

In addition to handling personal injury claims, Karen has handled medical malpractice (also called medical negligence) claims for over 25 years in Minnesota. If you are considering pursuing a medical malpractice claim, it is important to have an experienced attorney because there are very specific requirements that must be met. Karen is familiar with these requirements and can explain them to you.
